  • No Refunds: Due to our products’ specific and regulated nature, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Store Credit

Store Credit Policy

  • Eligibility: We may offer store credit at our discretion in certain cases. This is only applicable if there is an issue with the product directly attributable to Zealot Health, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product.
  • Process: To request store credit, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will issue a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
  • Usage: Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website and will be valid for one year from the issue date.
  • Product Condition: Store credit will only be considered if the product is returned in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging intact. Returning the product does not guarantee store credit.
  • Documentation: Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue must be provided to process the store credit request.
